( *^▽^) Food for diet ~

Very healthy food,
don't need to be scared that you will starve,
i never get starve when i take this meals....

Morning 30 mins before breakfast take half a grapefruit...

1# Incase u donno what grapefruit looks like =.=" (it looks like orange but is not :) )

Breakfast : -

2# Honey Toast :DDDDDDDDD

Lunch : -

3# This is really yummy... tomatoes, cucumber, lettuce, mayonnaise, chicken breast, carrot and celery....

Dinner : -
You can eat anything, BUT not fried and oily stuff... for me, i just eat *fruits* :D (because i wanna slim down within a week, do not learn from me k?! :P)

4# Kiwi and Green apple

In between you can eat tomatoes, cucumber, carrot (all kind of veges or fruits) as snacks... and drink more water...

*small little tips, if you really wanna slim down fast, pls make sure that after 6pm do not eat anything, if u want take some healthy snacks like what i mention above :)....


5# This is one of my all time favorite ;)


6# If you can find this kind of popcorn, that i mention in my previous post before, u can take this as ur snacks as well :D...

woah~~ really healthy neh !! so 'green' for ur 3 meal >.< i think i will pengsan 1st..hahaha ..but try hard to exercise :p
