Lost weight in a FASTEST way~(*゚∀゚)=3

It's amazing that i lose 3kg in a week... A week before i m still 48kgs but now i m 45kgs... All you need to do is, "GET SICK"~~~ :P~ lol... I m just kidding...

Anyway, i am a person who are very easy to get fat but i can be thin in a very short period as well... :)... i feel that, nothing will be impossible if you wanna do that... Just see do u willing to change it or not :)...

Well, basically if u wanna be slim and thin, here is one of the diet TIPS for me, i hope i can help those who wanna diet right now... (but please take note, this diet is it work for me, but i m not sure is that work on you too, as everyone body system is different, don't blame me if you can't slim down or what K? lol... so yea, i just share out how i lost weight tips for those who needs to ON DIET and scared to be fat. I totally no need to suffer on diet, so i think i will continue this diet :) )....

It will be a long post~ so i might separate it in a few part... (i know is hard for u all to read EVERYTHING in one post :))....

Diet tips : -

1. ALWAZ REMEMBER DO NOT STARVE YOURSELF (this is the most important part for "REAL"~)
- Must take 3 meals on time... and if you are hungry within the time before meal, you can eat some healthy snacks, such as tomatoes, apple, banana, (all vegetables or fruits will be alright...)or you wanna take energy bar or whatever with low fat/none fat and fat free stuff :)...

2. Drop down what you eat everyday...
- Write down what you eat, and you will notice what actually you eat... and is that TOO much or TOO little in a day... (eg : Do not only write "Sandwiches" for what u eat in the morning. You should write : 2 white bread, tunas, veges, myonis, cucumber, tomato... like this :)... and u will find out what is too much, what is less... for this meal Tuna sandwich only Myonis will cause fat anyway... so is HEALTHY :D) If you eat in the correct way, it won't be hard for you to slim down in a week :)...

3. Do some light exercise..
- Walk here and there after food keep yourself busy... just walk no matter what... don't just sit there doing nothing... (for me, i will jog an hour everyday no matter how tired i m :), u have to think like this, if i eat more, i need to exercise more, is just same like your work and salary, if you wanna get more paid work more and work hard, Diet also the same :) )....

4. Give yourself a reward day...
- Basically, reward day will be the weekend, coz you will be free to hangout with ur friends and family, so don't be scared and eat what you want on today (TAKE NOTE : DON'T EAT TOO OVER!!!!You still got ALOT of reward days, so if you feel like eating KFC, Mcdonalds, pizzahut, Domino, Nandos, Ice cream, Chocolate, Dessert or whatever, don't eat everything in A DAY, as you still have alot of weekdays to go... separate it, leave it to the NEXT reward day k?! :))

So here is the 4 little tips but IMPORTANT tips for all who wanna diet... must alwaz REMEMBER this in mind k? good luck for u all...

2# Well, don't really can see the big differences, but if u notice, the 1st pic my hip is slightly bigger, arms too and the tee also not as loose as this :D....

3# (Ignore the bottles)This is a "S" size pant, i feel very tight before so i never wear it before, but today... i can fill in 2 empty bottles...lol... =.="

I remember i posted this video YEARS ago... but i would like to remind all of you again, NOTHING IS IMPOSSIBLE :)... all the best for all the girls out there, i can do it, so do you :)....
